Orientation Days
The orientation days for exchange students take place at the beginning of each semester. During these days you will get necessary information about being a student at HVL. We look forward to seeing you all at our campuses!
The official semester start of the spring semester of 2027 is January 4.
There will be two orientation events. The first is a digital orientation meeting on Zoom on December 16 - students who are accepted as exchange students will receive the zoom link via email. The second will be a physical orientation in January, on the campus you are going to. See the preliminary programme for your campus below.
Below is a recording of the digital orientation meeting for autumn 2026. You will find a recording from June of last year, which includes information from the Student Welfare Organisation, Sammen. They couldn't participate in the meeting on the 23rd of June so please view last year's meeting for information about their services.
