Øystein Stavø Høvig is an innovation advisor at the Faculty of Technology, Environmental and Social Sciences at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, and works with various innovation and development projects in the faculty.
He has research experience in topics such as innovation and entrepreneurship, incubators and incubation processes, as well as student entrepreneurship and academic entrepreneurship. He has teaching experience in the master's program in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at HVL. In addition, he works to facilitate innovation projects at the intersection of academia and business and working life, for example through student entrepreneurship projects or by mobilizing research-based innovation in industry, business and the public sector in the region.
