Field of work

Associate Professor and Assistant Head of Department, Department of Health and Function,  group Global Health and Rehabilitation. 

I have a background from neuroscience and neuro Immunology and teach physiology for bachelor physiotherapy, in courses related to migration health, hiring and artificial intelligence in the further education program "Health, migration and aging", and am in courses in the master's program "Healthy Ageing and Rehabilitation". I am a member of the Professional Group for Migration and Immigrant Health and a member of the professional forum at Alrek Health Cluster and an affiliated member of the Climate Health Initiative at UiB. 

At the Subject Group Global Health and Rehabilitation , we operate the master's programme "Master healthy ageing and rehabilitation" and the further education programme "Health, Migration and Ageing", which is a programme adapted to flexible and decentralised education. Our research is geared towards ageing, rehabilitation, migration and international education. We begin to delve into climate-related challenges related to health and the development of education and health and social services.
